What's new

Here's what's new in Pulse, written for the people who use it. We'll keep this page updated as we ship improvements — each entry explains what changed and what it means for you, in plain language.

Bring all your customer data together

Pulse now unites the records scattered across your tools into a single, trusted view of each customer — automatically.

  • Unified customer profiles. As data arrives, Pulse assembles one continuously updated picture of each person: who they are, how to reach them, and what they've done. No more piecing the same customer together by hand across different systems.
  • Smart identity matching. The same person often shows up as an email in one tool, a phone number in another, and an anonymous visitor before they ever signed up. Pulse recognizes when these belong to the same individual and links them, so you stop double-counting customers.
  • Audiences in minutes. Group customers by who they are and what they've done, with a live count that updates as you build — so you can see how many people you'll reach before you finish.

Connect the sources you already use

Getting your data into Pulse is now easier, with more ways to bring it in.

  • Connect popular tools. Pull customer and payment data straight from Stripe.
  • Stream events in real time. Connect an Apache Kafka feed to keep Pulse updated as things happen.
  • Send data over the web. Use Pulse's hosted connection to push data in from your own systems.
  • Upload a file. Have a spreadsheet or export? Upload a CSV, JSON, or Parquet file and Pulse will bring it in.

Once a source is connected, Pulse can keep it refreshed on a schedule, so your customer view stays current without anyone lifting a finger.
